Founded by Dave Knop, Sigma was built on the belief that operational discipline, trusted relationships, and long-term thinking create stronger outcomes for both customers and employees. That philosophy continues to guide how the company invests in its people, its processes, and its infrastructure today.
What began as a secondary packaging operation has grown into a full-service manufacturing and packaging facility capable of supporting complex programs across food, consumer products, and industrial markets. As customer needs have evolved, Sigma has expanded its capabilities, strengthened its operational systems, and built a team focused on delivering consistent, reliable results at scale.
Today Sigma operates a multi-line facility supporting national brands, emerging companies, and private label programs. Sigma’s approach is straightforward: understand the customer’s product and supply chain, execute with precision, and communicate openly throughout the process. By combining responsive service with disciplined operations, Sigma helps brands and manufacturers bring products to market efficiently while maintaining the quality their customers expect.

A steady leader focused on guiding the company’s vision while knowing his employees’ families by name. His focus is on relationships, values, and the long view. He believes that the foundation of a good business is taking care of the people in it.
Connor Knop, President
Detail-oriented and process-driven. Connor is excited about cycle times, operational efficiency, and how technology can unlock capability. He carries forward the values his father instilled while adding precision and continuous improvement to every operation.
