Policy is to provide superior quality services
that exceed customer expectations. In order to carry out this
policy, Sigma Services has been ISO 9002 compliant for the
past 5 years which covers all company functions. Activities
are divided into two features:
1. Quality Assurance Activities
2. Quality Control Activities
As an FDA registered facility, our facility is regularly monitored
by a 3rd party company. Our employees are continually trained
to follow standard cGMP rules. Our Quality control team consists
of a Six Sigma Green Belt manager along with QC auditors.
